  • Custom, handmade, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

KAFS is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@kafsnyc.com We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
